Wilhelmina F. Kightlinger Esq is the Deputy Chief Underwriting Counsel to the East Coast team. Her background includes representing parties in transactions involving the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial property throughout the United States. She has spoken at various seminars on topics related to special title insurance issues in commercial real estate transactions, electronic closings, blockchain, cryptocurrency, remote online notaries, land trusts, Florida documentary stamp taxes and intangible tax issues, and commercial real estate closing and lending.
Wilhelmina is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), a member of the CLE Committee of the ABA RPTE, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Section of Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law. In 2008, she was named the one of the top women in commercial real estate by the Florida Real Estate Journal, and in 2018, she received the Robert C. Scott Memorial Award from the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
